Order Cancellation

Return Guidelines
Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Costs & International Returns
Please note that our inventory is shipped from our international fulfillment center. All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China.
How to Return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 7 days of receipt), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a full refund or free replacement and cover the return shipping costs in this specific case.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for hygiene products (underwear/socks) that have been opened.
