Shipping Area & Costs We currently ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery Estimates Please note that our inventory is held in our international fulfillment center.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 PM GMT -5 (New York)

  • Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Transit Time: 5 - 9 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

  • Total Delivery Time: 6 - 11 Business Days

Shipping Method Orders are shipped via our international logistics partners and handed over to USPS or UPS for final delivery in the US.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel, please contact support@emmarobson.com immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipment: If the order is already in transit, we cannot stop the delivery. Please wait to receive the item and then follow our Return Process to obtain your refund.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

  • Note: We reserve the right to deduct the actual cost of the failed delivery attempt from any potential refund if you choose not to have the item reshipped.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if your package is lost in transit:

  1. Please contact us at support@emmarobson.com within 7 days.

  2. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
